Payment & Refund Policy:

Credit Cards - Payment with credit card is available through the website or by phone. Note: a 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Checks - Please make checks payable to Hennings Guide Service. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 424, Lake Charles, LA 70602

Cash - Delivered to any of the guides.

No refunds for partially-completed hunts.

No refunds for no-shows.

*14 gun maximum

¹50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking confirmation of hunt. Remainder due prior to going on the hunt.

²If less than six (6) hunters would like to book the lodge on a particular date, the lodge will only be available for use if another group signs up for the same date and the total number of hunters is six (6) or more. Exclusive booking of the lodge will have priority over a less than six (6) hunters booking.

³At one week prior to the scheduled hunt, if the number of hunters is less than six (6), all groups will be converted to a day hunt. A refund will be made for the difference.

⁴There will be a charge against the corporate package for a minimum of ten (10) hunters per hunt for exclusive use of the lodge and a charge against the corporate package for a minimum of six (6) hunters for non-exclusive use of the lodge.
